Blair D. Hope served in the U.S. Navy, started several companies, led large corporate sales teams, and is known for his out of the box thinking. When presented with obstacles in his path, Blair leads with one of his favorite sayings, “Don’t let challenges stump you, provide the opportunity.” When others told him that he could not do it, he found a way and set records! He has sold millions of dollars in products and contracts, and has successfully coached, mentored, and led dozens of businesses and volunteer organizations. Blair has overcome adversity, disability, depression, and PTSD. He strives to enable and empower others.
He has received many awards and achievements and has had leadership and adventures in 33 states and 14 countries. He has been recognized as a national sales leader with the Center of Excellence Award from Proctor & Gamble, awarded to only the top 5 percent in the company. He has been globally recognized for his leadership in the Boy Scouts of America as a volunteer. He has business degrees from Chapman University and Utah State University.
Blair is a feature film actor, a professional speaker and trainer, as well as a business expert. After completing his first book, he is currently working on his second and third books.
He has extensive experience in many facets of leadership, mentoring, management, and business. He has directed the start-up of three businesses. His ability to network while finding the passion and talent of others is immeasurable. Blair is the founder and CEO of the non-profit organization “The Hope for Life Foundation,” Proudly serving veterans.
Blair has become a distinguished Scouter, leader, businessman, author, consultant, and mentor. He has served in several leadership positions for the County and State legislation. He has been a Keynote speaker, and motivator for several national training courses. He has enjoyed local and district leadership positions with Kiwanis International. He thrives on building better men through Masonry.
He has taught and coached on local, regional, and national levels. He has been a delegate to report to the state level on youth programs. Blair has chosen to actively learn and participate in the many roles of business to be well rounded to fit the varying demands of executive leadership.
In 2014 he was nationally recognized for his Scouting leadership, being presented with the National Outstanding Eagle Scout Award. Blair is an Ambassador of Scouting and has traveled around the country to teach youth and adults how to improve their lives through solid principles and skills.
Blair Hope was born and raised in Utah. His family traveled when he was an infant due to his father being in the Army. Blair is married to his beautiful wife Christine, and they have six wonderful children. Together they have celebrated 28 years of being married and many other milestones. Blair served eight years in the United States Navy as an Aircraft Handler and Naval Aviation Warfare Specialist. His military career included combat experience and operations in Kuwait, Desert Storm, Desert Shield, and Iraq. Blair is employed as an executive with Procter & Gamble for the past 20 years. Blair lives by a motto and a vision, “Don’t let challenges stump you, provide the opportunity” and “What do you want your legacy to look like?”
